Census

On September 21, 2023, the U.S. Census Bureau released the detailed demographic housing characteristics (DHC) file A.

This release includes detailed data on population counts and sex by age statistics for about 1,500 detailed racial and ethnic groups such as Filipino, Japanese, and Native Hawaiian. Depending on the size of the group, sex-by-age statistics are also available. The data are available for the national, state, county, census designated places, census tracts, and American Indian/Alaska Native/ Native Hawaiian (AIANNH) areas.

The amount of data available for the detailed racial and ethnic groups depends on their population size within the specified geography.
